We’re continuing our month long celebration of Halloween this week with a theme inspired from one of my favorite horror sub genres Zombies. This week The Undead Walk Among Us, and we are not limiting ourselves to zombies, something must have died and comeback. Word of caution if you choose ghosts/spirits or vampires, those might be coming up again later this month. This theme might retire on this first year for a more generic Horror theme next year.
Mostly thinking zombies, but vampires and ghosts could count.
October 8th – 14th
I’ve seen a lot of zombie media and my interest in this during Highschool with games like Left 4 Dead and movies like Shaun of the Dead is what really rekindled my interest in the Horror genre. I really enjoyed the Korean film Train To Busan and yet never have seen it’s sequel, so my first choice this week is Penisula. My backup would be The Serpent and The Rainbow if it was streaming anywhere, but alas I think I’ll go with another Korean film I’ve been meaning to watch #Alive
